Let Them Eat Donuts On July 25th 2017, a year after she was denied introducing Bernie Sanders at the convention, Nina Turner went to the DNC HQ to deliver The People's Platform. She was met with barriers and denied entrance. Instead, in their infinite wisdom, the Dems chose to send out donuts and water which were refused by the understandably upset Nina. Maxine Waters is the House Representative for the 43rd District in California. She is on the House Finance Committee and is known as 'Auntie Maxine'. In 2017, Waters emerged as one of the top #Resistance advocates, which basically means she talks a big game but still votes for Trump to get money. At the time that I #Whigged her, she was not supporting HR 676 , the House's bill for #MedicareForAll . Though she has now signed onto the bill, she has been listed as one of the most corrupt politicians by the organization  Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington (CREW)
